Developer Access Governance

(Terry is going to start researching this topic)
Open Question: what process should we use to "vet" new developers for commit access?
Terry will ask the OpenDS community about the process they follow.

Items expected from a developer member of the community (not all are required, but these are valueable skills):

  • Participation in the community
  • Java Developer
  • Contributions to other open source projects
  • Has deployed or used OpenPTK in developement
  • Knowledge of a java IDE (Netbeans or Eclipse
